N/A Ventures forms new Danish watch group with acquisition of Nordgreen

N/A Ventures, led by Nicki and Aleksander Due-Rasmussen, has acquired Nordgreen — one of the most well-known Danish watch brands with a peak annual revenue of over 100 million DKK, +300,000 customers, and multiple international design awards — and brought it together with Oliver Green to form a new watch group. Both brands will continue to operate independently, maintaining their unique identities while benefiting from shared strategic resources and a common vision under the same roof.

"We see a big potential and a lot of synergies in bringing the two brands under one roof," says Nicki Due-Rasmussen, co-founder of N/A Ventures. "At Nordgreen, our immediate priority is to strengthen the bottom line and establish a solid operational foundation. Once in place, our focus will shift toward scaling the top line — a growth journey Nordgreen has successfully navigated before."

As part of this new chapter, the new watch group has successfully raised a multi-million DKK investment from a group of angel investors and Denmark’s leading department store, Magasin du Nord. Magasin’s involvement as a key investor further solidifies the foundation of this new venture. Their strategic investment not only ensures substantial financial backing but also unlocks significant opportunities in retail visibility and customer engagement for both Oliver Green and Nordgreen.

This strategic capital injection marks the beginning of an ambitious growth journey. The partnership aims to strengthen both brands’ international presence while preserving their core values and Danish design heritage. As part of this, Oliver Green co-founder and creative director Alex Høgh Andersen remains central to the brand’s creative evolution and will also be involved in shaping Nordgreen’s creative direction. The shared ambition is to reach a wider global audience and deepen market penetration through enhanced retail and online channels. Expansion efforts are supported by the implementation of AI-driven tools across key internal processes, emphasizing scalability, automation, and profitability.
